Booking Policy

As of 1 April 2026, a $50 retainer is required to secure your booking.

This retainer will be credited toward your total service cost. When making the transfer, kindly enter your Name and Phone Number in the transfer description. Kindly send a screenshot of payment to this email once complete.

Conditions of Cancellation
Please note that the $50 retainer is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of mind, or failure to attend the appointment. The retainer secures your booking time and will be credited toward your total service cost.
